uhm, the only difference that I know of is the clock speed. So the fastest one would be the best.

Don't forget that the models that end in 0 (zero), are the ones with the lesser IGP. The ones that end in 5 (five) have the better IGP.

if they cost all the same amount, go with the one with higher clock (3240) which is a little bit faster...
but if there is any price difference (let's say $5+), the 3210 should probably be good... it's going to be almost impossible to notice a difference between these CPUs outside of benchmarks.


anyway, I have to admit I had no idea Intel was selling a 3.2GHz retail i3 ivy bridge CPU.
