finally my p3-700 can do 933 (133fsb) 1.80V after i put alpa pal35t! and my second system p3-800@1000 (125fsb)! now i just want to know which system is more faster?? i would like to swicth my geforce card! now my geforce card on my p3-800@1000, need an opinion!

Very close......ECC will make a slight slowdown on the 933 unless you disable it.

Depending on how aggressive your RAM timings are, I think the 1GHz will just edge out the 933.
 
hmmmm.. i hear from some people that enable the ECC make the system more stable?? i am not sure

benchmark them both maybe? somthing like sisoft sandra which has the cpu benchmark, or some such thing. but as far as i know, the ECC slows the system down, but thats just what i have heard, not a known fact to me. my suggestion is you do a bench with the ecc on, and off, and see what the results turn up
 
It would be pretty close, but since your P3-800 has more memory, and is non-ECC, and most importantly has a GeForce2 GTS as opposed to the G400 in the other setup, it would be faster in most cases.
 
hmmm i feel sad here! last nigth my p3-700 can do 933! and i run seti home for all day! from 21.30 p.m until 11.30 am in the morning! it's about 14 hour something i run seti home, and the system it's still fine! i record the cpu temperature and the highest is 27 c with alpha pal35t, when i get up! i saw the system is still fine and still load the seti home! after that i close the program and restart the computer! after that the system can not run again at 933 🙁 i dont know why!!! any idea???
 
What do you mean by "can not run again at 933"? It doesn't POST? Doesn't make it to Windows? Makes it to Windows but locks up? Random reboots? BSODs? What?
 
can not post into windows anymore!! it's very strange, i just finish run seti for 14 hour and then restart the system after that no post
 
no, i mean can not post on p3-700@933 again, still can post at default 🙂and now i am back into old position p3-700@882 🙁
