I'm with OP. I think a lot about the aesthitics (sp?) of the head unit. That Pioneer looks clean. (Biased, both my cars have Pioneers).
That Pioneer looks nice! Brushed metal look FTW.
Eclipse's look to busy.
Alpine, function above form, but ugh...Not great looking. And their displays are horrible at my particular price point.
For me the debate was the JVC Arsenal KD-G420 vs. the Pioneer DEH-P4800MP.
I went with the Pioneer. I really don't think you'll be dissappointed with either of your choices. Wish I could go that high end.
Update us with real pics.

The ONLY thing that concerns me about the Pioneer Premier DEH-P880PRS is that there are NO direct number buttons on the display.... How would i change between my sirius presets w/o using the remote? Can it be done?

That pioneer looks sweet in your car. But I would get it regardless.

That's weird it doesn't have the preset buttons. All of my older pioneers did. I'm guessing you can change through the presets by just pressing the back and forward, like you would a cd.

Ok, something else i found out tonight that is really bugging me (enough to possibly sway me away from the Pioneer Premier)

As it turns out, even on their newest revision of the Pioneer iPod adapter, there is NO WAY to display both the Artist and the Song at the same time. You can do artist/album, album/song, song/time, but not Artist/Song... Am i crazy for thinking this is a big oversight on their part?

Yes, most people would rather see the song and time than the artist and song.
