I hate Lexus, but I'd take one over an Audi any day... but then I'm out of high school/college, so VW/Audi aren't cool anymore.

So, how is VW better than Audi genius? Audi is a slightly more upscale than VW that is all...

Your argument is like saying Ford is better than Lincoln. Or Chevy is better than GMC.

I have an Acura, but I would say Lexus has more prestige. Its fine though because once I am done school and have a decent job, i'll buy a Lexus from my dad (he is going to sell them out in Easton center in Columbus 😛 )
 
Lexus would definitely be considered more prestigous...but buying a car solely based on prestige is probably not the wisest thing one can do...

lexus has more unique styling. acura still look like european model hondas. lexus has best reliablity as reported by jdpower by far.

caddy lost its presitge long ago when they became geezer barges. only now are they trying to claw their way back
and acura fell on its face in the 90's...only thing people were really buying were those integras, and those became high school snot nose teenagers favorite car..thats not good for your image.
 
Lexus has the quality and luxury reputation down.

Acura is still finding its niche, it cant decide if its a caddilac or another lexus. Also very high quality vehicles.
