Which car looks better, BMW 3 or Lexus IS350?

BTW, the OP never asked which car is better in terms of handling, luxery, performance, etc...only looks.

BMW will always be a 'hot' car. i dunno wht the OP's age is, but if under 30... has to go for a bmw
 
Interesting poll. I hope people aren't confusing better car with better looks. Looks are only one of the few reasons to get a certain car. I may like the look of the 3 series more (I loved the old 3 even more), and I think it kill sthe IS350 in looks, but I acknowledge the IS350 is a better car and if I could choose, I would get the IS350. So thus I voted for the 3 series in this poll.
 
BMWs are a dime a dozen out there. Part of a vehicle's branding is it's rarity.

I don't like the Lexus for the above reason, but in this case I really do prefer the looks of the IS350 over the 3.

some parts I like better about the Lexus and some about the BMW
Anyway the Lexus seems even smaller (inside) than the BMW and the trunk of the Lexus is much less usable than the BMWs trunk BMW vs. trunk Lexus

What is it about Lexus you hate? The industry-leading build quality? The industry-leading reliability? Maybe it's that it's the fastest car in its sector, or maybe because it has the best interior in its class...that must be it. :disgust:

I've seen both in person and I say from one of the angles I saw the BMW passing by, I thought it looked horrible. Its like the sideways, rear view as it drives away from you. So I guess my pick is the Lexus which I liked at many angles. But I would take the old bmw looks over the Lexus.
 
Exterior, Lexus. Interior, BMW. That said, I'd take the BMW, because the interior is what you live with every day. The exterior is what you glance at pridefully as you walk away.
