I honestly can't think of a car I'd really want for $30k. The 300C came to mind first, but it starts at $32k, and once you add the nice stuff (HID headlights), it's like $36k at least.

You can get a used C5 Vette for $30K or less. Look around the 2000-2002 year mark.
