WOW! 😀

This is my nomination for best thread of the year.

Did it ever occur to you to borrow a fur-plated mousetrap?

I have no clue wtf a fur-plated mousetrap is. I bought the freakin' $.50 ones at HD...I am ignorant in the art of killing mice.

Well, I "caught" 1 mouse....the trap didn't work to well. The trap eventually killed the mouse but did not actually trap it. The mouse, bleeding, decided to take a couple laps around the white carpet. Scrubing blood out of carpet at 2 in the morning is always fun.

OMG..hahhahahahahahahahahhahaha

wtf

ahahhahahahahahahaahah

We occasionally will have mice in our suite here at school. They're a PITA. The wooden snap traps will not catch them, we baited them with peanut butter and they eat the peanut butter off. We even tried chunky, still no go. We had decent luck with the glue traps and putting some peanut butter in the middle of them. Now we have another mouse and it won't touch the peanut butter. GRRRRRR.

We always seem to get mice whenever someone moves from a house on either side of us. It seems they prefer it over there & only give us the honor of their company when they have no where else to go for food.

We use seveal glue traps in a row that completely block of corners, like the back of the fridge or stove. You can crawl around with one trap on your back, but let's see them try with two others on their face & legs.

How big was the mouse you caught? I seem to get an infestation in my garage every couple of years or so, but those suckers are full-blown rats. There's nothing small about them. 🙁

How many do you think there are?

You're extremely lucky if it's less than a dozen.

I thought there was only 1, I havn't seen any since either. My roomates think there may be more.

Make sure to clean and vacuum the mouse turds it left behind. Hopefully that was it.

Oh yea I havn't seen too many thankfully. Id like to know how he/they got in. If its just the one, then I'll be alright. If I see/catch more I might have to give the owner a call.

Well, I think there are more. I heard some shenanigans last night while trying to sleep. I'll have to set another trap tonight. I am thnking about putting it in a low profile box. This would help in cleanup...but I am not sure if they will go for it.

I bought a humane trap from Victor(?) at Home Depot. It was pretty ingenius and it actually worked. I opened the trap and put some peanut butter at the end and left it overnight. The next morning the trap was set and when I picked it up, I could hear the mouse move.

I placed it in a shoebox and drove to work and released it in the woods next to the parking lot.

You go to the store.

The fact that you are looking ONLINE for a place to buy a friggin mouse trap means you need to get out a LOT more.

FYI I was looking online to see which B&M store I should/could go to instead of driving around for a half hour. It's called research.

LOL I was afraid of that. Just one mouse is to good to be true.

This is what everyone is saying. You usually don't have one mouse, but rather mice. 🙁
