I was in Saudi Arabia when it started. My mom and dad woke me up and told. I just went back to sleep. I was 10! We had all the windows sealed with tape (that is the best anyone could do) and had all the AC ducts blocked. We also had this one empty "emergency" room. Everyone was issued gas masks, and I used to play with them all the time. Every 2 - 3 days sirens would go off when there would be an attack. That's about it. All television ever showed was CNN and BBC, nothing else. Everyone was really worried, water, packed food and emergency lights were selling like hot cakes. Outside, cars with Kuwaiti number plates were everywhere (refugees).
