Where was Bush? Why didn't Bush help Romney?

It woul dhave been fun, dueling rallies between Clinton and Bush. Clinton eloquently explaining all the job growth in his economy and Bush stumbling on his words, explaining the near crash of the economy and the blunder which was Iraq. Would have really been great optics for Obama.

Where was bush?

Staying the fuck out of the spotlight. You know what memories Bush evokes? 9-11, war waged w\ iraq using fake and or fabricated intel, getting us stuck in the middle east, torture @ gitmo, etc.

There's some people who haven't forgotten and some of these people are fence riders. So you don't want fence riders scared away by a guy who's been accused of war crimes.
 
Bill did more to help Obama than Hillary did, the man can speak better than anybody and really gets his point across. I voted Rep this time but I can see why people would be swayed to vote Obama after a Clinton speech...Hillary ? Not so much [at all]. The GOP has nothing in its roster that comes close to Bill Clinton unfortunately. GWB would be a vote loss if he opened his mouth since even with a teleprompter he mangles his words, not to mention his horrible track record as President.

yeah. though it remains to see if any of these guys are willing to put up in 2016. Both are so far out of today's Republican party that it doesn't seem feasible right now.

I like how you say that as if I said anything about obama which I didn't. As I've pointed out countless times, Obama has carried on bush policies and in some cases gone even more extreme.

This is hilarious to me because so many right wingers are so anti obama that they get caught up bagging on him for shit that they previously cheered bush on for.

Manufactured? Police work involves finding crazies and bringing them to justice.

Those are real terrorists, most others were killed by American soldiers from 2002 - 2011. OBL only escaped justice until 2011 because the Pakis hid him well.

I just enjoy the schadenfreude that comes from watching the Republicans pretend that he never existed. I think the Democrats should have run ads accusing Romney of being another Bush. (But what do I know? They won anyway.)

Bush was the first of the 21st century, we still have 88 years left in it and to say he was the the best, either your a moron and will never be taken seriously OR your just yanking everyone's chain.

Bush was probably the most incompetent person to hold the office, ever. Hell he could not even run a business successfully by himself.
