Where to get a cheap room in vegas?

Looking for a cheap room, but not something thats too shabby. Where are some good places? I hear the Tuscany Bay is good. Any others?

Ok, let me edit here, cheap room in vegas this comming weekend. Anywhere? As much as I would like to pay more, I dont think I feel too lucky gambling this time around...

Edit: Thanks guys, found a room. Palace Station for 49.99 a night, best price.
 
Palace Station is decent and not too expensive.

Edit: Also the Excalibur or Circus Circus, Kinda kiddy like but its decent.
 
Sahara, LV Hilton, Stratosphere, they typically go for low rates, especially weekend, and are not too bad places to stay.
 
Wow, the rates at palace station are great, but where is it?

Edit, nevermind ..... its not on the strip, but the rates, $100 for 2 nights, hard to beat.
 
The Strat, Sahara, and Hilton because they're in the ghetto!!! Be very careful if you stay at any of these places, the neighborhood is incredibly bad. There's a place by the MGM... on Trop... I think it's called San Remo, it has good rates and is a block from the strip. Have fun 🙂

I stayed at the San Remo, it was semi-ghetto. I want to see what else I can get.

LOL Everything here is semi-ghetto, unless you stay at the Bellagio or Monte Carlo LOL Oh, Sunset Station in Green Valley has nice rooms, I was just in there last weekend for the first time, they were cheap, too... I don't know if you'd want to stay off-strip though. Oh well, have fun and be safe.

Its cheap, and amdskip is right. Its pretty ghetto too. Try Harrah's, its not too bad. Its right smack in the middle of the strip. Decent service and the area is pretty safe.
 
If you want the best deal, get a room at Monte Carlo, it's right on the strip, decent hotel, $69/night on weekends for a 2 bed room.
 
How's the Alexis Park? I'm thinking about staying there for a con later this year, but the Bellagio looks pretty sweet too.

ill second that. went there last july. it's on the strip unlike stratosphere/hilton which are way out there.. too far for me to walk in the 115 degree heat.. farthest i went was to treasure island to watch that outdoor show they have.
 
Excalibur usually runs some pretty good deals. I've stayed there a few times.
There's also a motel 6 thats alright and really close to the strip.
