I don't see a clearance link there. :\newbalance.com clearance.
Once I realized that New Balance actually publicized what frame/last they use for their product lines, that's all I've bought for the last 10 years.
I just go to their store site and start sorting. Last -> Size -> Width, $$$
There may be but I'm unaware of them. I don't get around as much as I used to, and to a large extent because of my feet, or to be more specific my foot (I had surgery on my left foot a few years ago and it's just not the same as it used to be). I still have one good foot so I know how a foot is supposed to feel.i wear 13, probably 3E (though 4E's are fine).
i buy sketchers or new balance from outlet-type stores. surely there are some around you (the kind of store where all the shoes are out front and typically heavily discounted from retail).
That does look very good. I went to a site linked here but couldn't find much in 4E New Balance but the site linked here has a ton and the prices are reasonable!here is the perfect place for you, i wear size 12 4E shoes and never have a problem getting them here. plus they are cheap http://www.joesnewbalanceoutlet.com/cat_mens_shoes.htm
I don't think they're hard to find but in my experience often hard to find in 4E. Usually I could find almost none in that size at the big box sporting goods stores around here, or if I could find them they were expensive.New Balance are the only running shoes I wear. Had no idea they were difficult to find anywhere, they are everywhere here. :hmm:

I have extra wide feet and I hate to buy shoes. In fact, I have not bought a pair of shoes in 2-3 years. I can walk into a shoe store and find nothing that feels good on my feet. One time I had a job that required steel toe shoes and I couldn't find any that felt OK. I settled for non-steel toed.
However, I have found that New Balance 11 4E always fit me. Therefore, that's pretty much all I will buy. I used to go to a local sporting goods store, but they were pretty expensive (like 80 bucks). I found some good deals at big sporting goods stores (I'm in Berkeley, CA) in the vicinity, (like 2 pairs for $80), but usually they don't have 4E. I think they make 6E, but I've never seen them in stores, so I haven't had a chance to find out how they fit. I have foot problems... specifically, I had foot surgery 2 years ago on my left foot (removed two Morton's neuromas!), so comfortable shoes are a must.
About 3 years ago I bought New Balance golf shoes (11 4E) online. Couldn't find any to try on in local stores!
I want some high top basketball shoes. I'm going to bolt skate trucks to them. Where can I find these in New Balance 4E where I don't have to pay a premium? Thanks for suggestions/ideas.
New Balance 4E are the only shoes I have found that fit great the moment I put them on and I can't recall trying on a pair that disappointed in this respect. That's why I don't hesitate to buy them online!I just wanted to pop in and say NB shoes are uber awesome. They opened a small shop at our mall where they have the pressure-sensitive pad that you stand on - it recommends the shoes for your feet and then they build a custom insert for you. My feet are double wide as well and I've NEVER had shoes that fit properly (always had toe pinching). They weren't cheap, but they're worth double their weight in gold. It's like walking on a cloud. I love, love, love them.

However, I'm finding a number of NB models (offered in 4E) at my local Kohl's, generally at good prices compared to what I used to find around here, when they had them, plus Kohl's has frequent promotions ($10 off coupons, 15% off windows of opportunies). I suddenly have several pairs on hand, and a couple squirreled away.New Balance 4E are the only shoes I have found that fit great the moment I put them on and I can't recall trying on a pair that disappointed in this respect.
