I don't have a Fluke to measure them. I can say that I've used hundreds of them over the past couple of years and have yet to have any apparent problem with one. I give them away to clients when I've dug into their network trying to find why things aren't working properly. its maybe 2-3 bucks at frys
monoprice is ok if you need a lot of very short ones, or can wait

try $6.99, for a 7 foot CAT6 UTP cable. i just retagged about a thousand yesterday. $1 price hikes ftw. 14' cables are only $2 more now lmao
