Where do you order your supplements from?

I need a refill on my multi and I plan on doing a bulk through the fall/winter so I'm gonna grab more creatine and whey/casein..

I used to order from fitrx.com or bodybuilding.com (when they had static shipping prices and consistent 10% off coupons) but after taking a quick glance at both sites they don't seem to have great prices anymore or want to kill you on shipping.

I haven't priced or looked at buying this kinda stuff in 1-2 years (I usually stock up pretty heavy and forget about it for a long time) so I could just be out of touch, but I'm hoping someone here has a site they prefer that I'm not aware of.

bodybuilding.com, or i buy them right at gold gym. usually only a few dollars more but you dont have to wait. BB does ship super fast though.

Amazon is actually pretty good I've found, as long as they carry what you need. Plus if it's something you order regularly, you can use their subscription service which gives you 15% off as well as Free Shipping and can be cancelled at any time. Or you can let it ride and get your supplements delivered to your door every 1/2/3/6/something months.

bodybuilding.com usually, check out www.drumlib.com first always...it's like pricewatch for supplements.

google shopping is good too, but I have found many lie about the actual cost out the door.

Trueprotien.com - make a custom mix of what you need.
I only use whey protein and fish oil, but I'm very happy with what I've gotten from them.

Amazon. Free shipping with prime. BUT, I dont know what to order. Everyone keeps criticizing my vitamin selection. All I know is the fish oil works great. Everything else is the topic of an argument.

Add Vitamin D to that list as well if you aren't in the sun enough. Fish Oil, Vit D and Protein Powder....that seems to have real info backing it up. A lot of other stuff isn't clear either way...I pop an NSI version 3 multi vitamin knowing very well that I could be buying snake oil; but better to be safe than sorry...right :whiste: ?

If safe costs an extra $30 a month and you have a diet that's in check, then it's just a superfluous cost 😛 Just eat right and things will take care of themselves. That's my outlook anyhow.

fish oil is something i think everyone should take, its very hard to get 1g of epa and dha a day, so supplementation is needed. I take these because they are the best value and NOW is a good company. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/epa.html

taking a multi i think is a good idea, it'll fill in the gaps your not getting in your diet. I like sport pharma multi-v, which is 9 bucks for 45 days worth. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sport/multiv.html
I would at least take some cheap one-a-day pill.

i take green tea extract just to get the anti-oxitant benefits of green tea without actually drinking the tea. (its not that i dont like the taste, just no time to make it, pill is easier) Definitely not essential, but cheap enough to say f it. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/egcg.html

As long as my budget isnt super tight i usually take a joint supp as well. Either ill take joint-v http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sport/jointv.html which is 16 bucks for 45 days worth. Or ill take orange triad as a multi/joint/digestion supp http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clabs/orangetriad.html 30 for 45 days worth.

Creatine is one of the only PROVEN muscle building supps out there and is dirt cheap. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/crea.html 40 bucks for over a years worth, and you can usually find it cheaper. Just stick with plain mono.

Protein powder is nice because its convenient and gives you 100% bio-available protein whenever you need it. I hate when people use this and expect to see some kind of crazy result. Its just protein, same as eggs or milk. I use to buy ON 100%whey, but recently switched to chocolate myofusion. The taste is awesome you can make bigger drinks with it (1 scoop of ON protein tastes watery with 12oz of water, but you can mix 1 scoop of myo with the same amount and it doesn't taste watered down at all) http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gn/myofusion.html

bodybuilding.com ive found usually has the lowest - or close to the lowest prices, fastest shipping, free gifts, etc out of every online retailer, including amazon (which sometimes gives you a higher price than if you visit whatever store your buying from's actual website). theyre like newegg, but for supplements.

Also for anyone whos interested you can ALWAYS find a coupon for 10 percent off your order. so factor that in your decision.

more like 10/month 😛

I agree it should all come down to diet; but its hard for me to get the variety in food. i live alone, and cooking isn't the highest thing on my list, especially when i routinely work 10-12 hours a day. I make it by purchasing foods that i don't really need to cook that are still healthy ~ i rely mostly (well...when i'm not fasting) on fruits and raw veggies, turkey deli meat from costco (once in a while i'll switch to chicken), peanut butter and some whole grain bread + cashews. cooking just takes too much time for me.
Actually most of my food comes from costco lol. I know that in the end i should get more variety: and i'll try to shift between different types of berries, apples, different pears, etc, etc. as far as fruits is concerned (and same with veggies although the selection is more limited and i try to atleast steam veggies that i can't stand raw) but I feel it isn't enough. Is 120/year to feel 'safe' worth it for me, knowing that it MIGHT help for some of the areas that i'm not getting enough of? Yup. But am I delusional thinking that it actually helps me? Nope - I might, but we aren't really sure either way. If I had to bet, the vast majority of that multi probably isn't making a difference at all.

Bodybuilding.com or Nutraplanet.com

Been using supplements for years. The following have always been staples:

Fish Oil, Multi-Vitamin, Beta-Alanine, and Universal Animal Flex (or Joint-V if I'm broke for the month).
