Where do you go for game reviews?

ign usually and if its a game im really really really really hyped up for (zelda twilight princess, etc), ill go to gamerankings.com.

1up is alright and gamespot sucks nowadays.

My sites are already hit - I usually go to gamerankings, and from there to the gamespot review. I do include some player reviews as well.

I also subscribe to five PC computer gaming magazines which have more reviews...

Other sites are trying to gain market share, like '1up.com', or I just saw an ad for an AT&T gaming site, 'blue room'.

I thought the marketing was pretty embarrassing for the latter, a guy and gal sitting on a couch with game controllers, him looking forlorn, the text explaining she had visited the site.

I generally go by Metacritic. I don't quite trust any one site these days, but this site just gives an average score based on many other reviews.

ign, really no good reason why though I guess... If I am on the fence on a certain game though I definitely check out gamespot as well...

MetaCritic is a good source. Often links to other sites with reviews are included in the metacritic review. Also, I try to give more weight to reviews from PC specific gaming sites like PCGamer.
