Gaming Trend
Quarter to Three
Octopus Overlords
RPS
PC Gamer
Overclockers UK

And of course the forum you're reading right now.

Sometimes I also visit NeoGAF, but it's mostly about console games and I'm a 100% PC gamer.

Of all the forums mentioned above, I generally find that Quarter to Three has the deepest and most interesting discussions for specific games. Sometimes Gaming Trend is good too, but they're not nearly as active.
