If yes, vote for Bush, if no, vote for Kerry.

Agreed, however don't take a poll here. Go to foxnews.com and check out ther polls. Whoever is winning there you should vote for since they are unbiased.
Are you serious? So if the current president hasn't made us better, but the other guy for president openly says that they're satan incarnate and will drive the nation into the ground and nuke every other 1st-world nation, you'd still vote for him because the current president didn't make much progress? Wow, what political prowess!
Actually, that's better than reusing the same platform that he used 4 years ago, because he never did most of them in the first place.
That and the whole pandering to the Mexicans is just wrong.
He did promise to get rid of Gay marriages thou... hmmmm....
For people who are voting for the first time I suggest this:
straight forward info about the candidates
Just lists the issues, some facts about the issues, the candidates stance on the issues and voting history, if any.
Another good site to break down the electoral vote is here. The guy who maintains the site is pretty dedicated to keeping his data very objective, though he does admit to being a kerry supporter. There is also a link on the site for a very republican slant electoral tally if you'd rather look at that.
Otherwise another good place to listen to candidate information is on NPR. They have some pretty good interviews. Otherwise if you want specific people to listen to I'd suggest interviews by either John McCain or Howard Dean, they both have a way of just addressing the issues without seeming to preachy.
