article is complicated for me!

Let me simplify it for you:

1. If you want to lose weight (fat loss), change your diet

2. If you want your muscles to get bigger, exercise

Right now, your focus is on exercise:

I am 160 pounds, and I want to lose weight, and I really want to find a economic way to lose my weight! need recommendation. and do I need to purchase a exercise bike?

It should be on changing your diet instead.

Looks like English isn't your first language. Not sure why you are looking for simplified advice on a mostly English speaking forum.

Follow these steps to lose weight.

1. Calculate your maintenance calories (CLICK ME)

2. Subtract 200-500 calories from step #1.

3. Use MyFitnessPal to track your calories (CLICK ME)

4. If you want to speed up your weight loss, exercise, anything that is safe such as walking, jogging, biking, swimming, dancing every day.

5. Weight yourself once a week.

6. Do this until you stop losing weight week from week then do #1 and #2 again while still doing #3,#4 and #5.

7. Stop when #5 reaches the weight you are happy with.
