do you get a feeling anywhere else on your body?

you know, like acupuncture, where you stimulate one area and get a feeling from it in another part of your body.

I feel an odd feeling in my stomach, under my sternum, and it makes me want to pee.. also wants to make me laugh

I guess it has something to do with the bellybutton being the main highway of the body before birth? Since it routed nutrients, blood, and wastes? I guess perhaps nerves from the area run the entire length of the body?

This is caused by nerves from your abdominal muscles wrapping around the ambilical cord during development. The inside of the belly button has very thin skin, so those nerve fibers are very exposed and will fire when you touch them.

This came up during some radiology training some years ago :)

I only get a sensation when *someone else* sticks their finger in my bellybutton. It makes my fists tighten and I have sudden muscle spasms in my arms that usually promotes bleeding in the idiot that gave me the doughboy treatment.

I don't know, but I do find it exceedingly uncomfortable, bordering on painful, to the point that it's been quite a few years since I've cared to touch my own bellybutton (why does that sound dirty?), and I don't intend to do so again anytime soon.

Not really. From the right angle I get something of a tingle, but certainly nothing pleasurable.

I find lint.
My bellybutton is a lint factory. It only produces once a day but it produces every day.

my friends say the same thing. I find it comical. I do that, smell the finger, and can exclaim, "hey i don't smell anything!", and my friends say "bullshit". I invite them to smell my finger, but then they give me glances that make me feel desired and uncomfortable.

I don't even force soap into my belly button, I think it just kind of gets in there. Apparently enough to make the smell go away. And I sweat daily due to exercise and often times the sweat from my dented chest finds its way down my stomach. Still no smell. All of you with smells are intriguing.

Nope, but there is a point on my thumb where it meets my hand that went pressed on with the tip of my fingernail produces a prickly tingle on my scalp.
