Well, not to get too graphic but my ex used to REALLY like it when I would tongue her belly button in a similar manner to other activities a guy would use his tongue for. I think the feeling went away after my appendix burst, doctor fixed it by going through my belly button, no long cuts or hideous stiches...belly button felt strange after that...
