I have no problem going that deep, i have a problem with my back rounding going that deep. I'm making more of an effort to loosen and stretch my hamstrings.

This kid needs to point his feet out wider, his lower back is arching like crazy. I personally like going deep as my hams and glutes give me a natural "spring" effect to help me get back up. If I don't go deep, it's actually a little harder for me, go figure.

always, and like KIAman I find it easier to come out of the hole when I go deeper. When I get don't enough depth I also have issues getting to far forward.

That is a pretty standard Olympic High Bar Squat. The lower back rounding happens to 90% of even elite lifters. A little bit of rounding is natural and required to ATG. His feet are spaced properly. Looks like a very good squat to me, especially from a 5 (?) year old. Some people also purposely do rounded dead lifts. There isn't a magic rule that says if your back is not perfectly straight that you are going to slip a disc.

A lot of strong man do boulder lifts that REQUIRE a rounded back (try it without). The issue here is making sure you don't load the structure with more weight than it can handle without injury. That is the more or less what needs to be intelligently discerned.
