I hear this argument alot in online gaming and wanted to comment on it. It stands to reason that physical immaturity highly correlates with mental immaturity. Thus while a few decent 13 year olds are out there in online games, 99% of them are going to say something like "wut 4 plz b ne1 iz r u thx" as they ninjaloot, TK, grief, or otherwise do the most douchebag-ish possible thing for whatever genre game it is.
