We all know its stupid......lighting something and putting it in your mouth, then inhaling the burning hydrocarbons. Real smart.

Unfortunately however there are a few numbskulls out there who just dont get it for some reason or other. Everything else is illegal, so why cant we finally put the nail in this coffin for good? No more nasty smoke and cigarette butts. Works for me!

We can call it Felix's Law or something.

Well, instead of the "marijuana is illegal, so cigs should be too" argument, how about making marijuana legal, and we all stop caring what other people choose to do in their own freetime?
 
Never. I can't imagine that after prohibition we'll ever see something else that was so widely used and legal suddenly become illegal. I'm kind of shocked anybody would think otherwise.
 
It turns out that outlawing things which are personal choices sounds good, but the list will always get longer. I'm for letting people live free, even if they might do things I don't think are smart.

its a horrid habit but banning it aint goinna stop it,it will just shift to people slinigng bags of tobacco as well as bags of grass

Christ, I dislike smoking as much as the next non-smoker, but I'm tired of people being all pussy about it and bitching.
