When was the last time you rode public transportation ??

A few years ago I used to take the Coaster (San Diego's commuter train-runs from Oceanside to downtown San Diego) from North County San Diego to Sorrento Valley and ride my bike in to work from there. I did that every Friday. It took me the same amount of time as driving did because traffic is so freaking bad around here.

Man, being on the city public buses today kinda open my eyes.
80% were dirty, grimy, poverty level people.
Heh, they probably thought the same thing about me.

Today, I'm lucky enough to pay $4.00 round-trip to and from work. Gas prices don't affect me! 😀

I ride a bike absolutely everywhere. Last time on the subway was maybe May. Snuck on with crashed bike in hand and many, many beers in backpack and stomach.

Monorail in Vegas count? If not then took a train into the down town Chicago when I was in a near by town for training about a year ago.

Hrmmmm... well, I'm pretty sure I took a train from somewhere to somewhere when I was in Illinois, when I was a little kid. But that's about all I remember about it. Actually, I'm not even sure if we were in Illinois. Hrmmmmm.

Yep, i ride it just about everyday to school and friends houses and such, it's more convenient than i imagined, i only just started in May

Driving in downtown Portland + $10 a day parking = not desirable

Yesterday. Taking the Bus here in Boston is very convenient and saves on gas and parking lot fees!
