The verdict on cat3 is twenty one days of antibiotics, twice a day. Pilling cats is almost as much fun as setting one's own armpit hair on fire.

You have Kitty Tacos in your future.
Had to do that, for nearly a month and ended up having to put the cat down anyways. 🙁

FYI-New cats are much cheaper than fixing the old ones. 😉

Same thing goes for people/kids.

FYI-Don't get overly attached to cats or dogs. They don't live that long and I've had many cats and dogs over the years. It sucks when they die but really it's inevitable that you'll experience their death within 10-12 years of the day they are born.

Comparing them to people/kids is the dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard. If my wife or my son died I'd be fucking devastated. My dog will likely die within the next couple years...she's old and it will suck because I love her but let's not get crazy and say that the two would be anywhere near the same level of pain.

Yeah, I hear that. Good luck man. Might want to invest in plenty of bandages and anti-biotic ointment.

<--Cat owner...er I mean servant.
Bah, you're not doing it right. The way I'd do it, granted it probably looked weird, but was to pretty well smother the cat underneath me so that it couldn't move.

Then after the unpleasant pill, the cat would get some kind of tasty treat, leaving its Pavlovian responses quite dazed and confused. 😀
