I have gotten to the first town... so far this game is quite boring and uninspiring, I don't really have much interest in the story.

Alchemy seems way waaaay to complicated, shit I can't even do some quests till I buy some book that costs around 200 gold, and I only have like 50.... am I doing it wrong?

If you don't like it don't play it. The Witcher is a very good game and it's awesome right from the start. If you don't get captivated by it's magic right from the 1st opening cutscene, you probably never will. Therefore, if your is an "enhanced" version do yourself and me a favor and sell me the game at a reasonable price.

Definitely starts slow, but really picks up in Act 2. You start aquiring magic and getting good with your swordplay. I, too, stopped playing during Act 1, probably because of a major game release, and it took me a while to come back.

Once I got into it again, I had a blast, and was really bummed when I was finished. It's worth sticking with!

I have the enhanced version, with the special book and extra cd's/dvd's. What would you say is a reasonable price? I'm willing to sell.

offend easily?

Can't sell it either, bought it on Steam, and yes it is the enhanced version

Quick question. Isn't the EE edition supposed to come with one of the short stories from the book and a map? I believe I received the mini game guide and making of content disc, but don't see a short story or map in the box.

I didn't like the game either..And alchemy is just plain annoying..its really not enjoyable at all

the game had an interesting presentation but overall i found it quite boring

i realize this is subjective..if you liked the game..great...but i just didn't
