I've heard it but it's just too inconvenient for me to wait an hour after breakfast before brushing. Besides, I don't think brushing in the car is a good idea.
you have been warned :| :awe:

I floss and mouth rinse after breakfast only if I don't have an hour or so to wait to brush. Also, chewing some sugarless gum, (I highly recommend xylitol gum), will encourage saliva flow and wash away any acids sooner too.

Xylitol gum really works! I love it!

I'm from the Oklahoma, I believe you meant to ask: When do I brush my tooth?

In the morning, the sunlight through the window makes the gold cap shine brightly in the mirror.

I don't brush my teeth. Can't be bothered. This is why dentists exist. Sometimes i'll scrape the fuzz off my teeth with my fingernails if i'm going somewhere fancy.
Dentists use small metal items to scrape teeth. If only PaperclipGod would have some sort of flexible small metal items to do the same. Actually, it would be twice as cool if they could also be bent into a shape to hold paper. But I'm just dreaming now.

Whenever they need it, but particularly when I get up. I have to wait an hour before I can eat or drink anything (meds), so I do as much as I can to distract myself from how hungry I am.
