you have been warned :| :awe:I've heard it but it's just too inconvenient for me to wait an hour after breakfast before brushing. Besides, I don't think brushing in the car is a good idea.
I floss and mouth rinse after breakfast only if I don't have an hour or so to wait to brush. Also, chewing some sugarless gum, (I highly recommend xylitol gum), will encourage saliva flow and wash away any acids sooner too.
