When did you register your Hotmail account?

Steve

Lifer
So this morning I learned that if you log into your Hotmail account (no clients, web only!) then on the right side you'll see your name with a dropdown menu. In that, click on View Your Account, and you'll see the date you registered yours.

Mine was November 25th, 1998. I was 19 at the time.

Oh BTW, all those obligatory posts like "People still use Hotmail?" are not original, edgy, or even funny - they're just lame 🙂 I'm fairly certain the bulk of you keep one for a spamcatcher.

I still have it, the only thing it gets is small spam bursts now and then. I havent actively given it out in probably 2 years now.

I looked but I can't find it. I know I made mine in 2002.

I'm not sure I even have one now... I always had regular POP3 e-mail accounts prior to college, then IMAP in college, and it wasn't until gmail came out that I really accepted web-based e-mail.
