I use it for my main email now. Works with my phone and haven't found anything I like better.

Havent used it in forever, apparently my ID was given up to someone else? I must have registered in late 1996 or early 1997

Mine was November 25th, 1998. I was 19 at the time.

Oh BTW, all those obligatory posts like "People still use Hotmail?" are not original, edgy, or even funny - they're just lame :) I'm fairly certain the bulk of you keep one for a spamcatcher.

I believe I registered mine right about the same time, same age...as it would have been year2 in college, iirc.

haven't logged-in in a month or so. Maybe do that when I get home

Feb 08, 1997. I was 13 at the time, so 7th grade.

Incidentally, anyone use SkyDrive? 25GB..might start to use that to backup my pictures. Cool!

May 28, 2005; around the time I finally switched my hotmail account (and primary e-mail at the time) over to my new username.

As far as oldest hotmail account, I don't remember the names or passwords, but they probably go back as far as 2001, if not a little further.

hotmail was the first type of email I created, but I don't remember what it is nor evne use it. I eventually got my own domain and always hosted my email since.

I do have a gmail I use for domain/hosting related stuff so if my host goes down I have a backup communication (to talk with the host, or w/e). I don't use it much though, maybe at work if I need to send something quick that I need to access inside a VM on another network.
