its 3500 but its more of a myth as you lose weight the number changes as your body will change to it.
I like the example of someone here who said something like this:
If you lose 3500calories in a week = 1lb over a year thats 52lbs. If you did this over 4 years say and you weighed about 200lbs would you disappear? OF COURSE NOT! It gets to a point where you won't lose much weight if any by diet lifestyle change alone. You have to do some exercise and cardio!
I'm 5"10 and 175lbs at night and drop to 160lbs mornings. You can lose a lot of weight by water retention. My friend dropped 22lbs in about 12 days. He wanted to enter a new Weight Lifting class and he decided how he'd lift at the lower weight class. He ate minimal food and minimal water throughout that period of time. He looked *ill* and *weird* but he cut the weight and lifted badly. Hes not going to cut again.
1litre of water = 1kg.
Hence my big weight change.
Your weight is good.
If I were you I would go to the gym. Squat, bench, deadlift and do other stuff. You will tone up in no time it just takes time. I'd say work out 3x a week for 2 months and you will really notice a difference. You trained before so train now.
