I'm 5'9 1/4" and 175#. Looking to lose about 10# or so.
For the last week I've been eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a cup of soup for lunch, and a salad and fruit for dinner. I occasionally eat nuts or pretzels as a snack.
So far no results.
I've never really watched what I've eaten before. How long does this weight loss thing take?
