Mach3 for sure :D

And how much did I pay? $0 ! Gillette sent me one for free whenever they first came out to "test", along w/ some gel and aftershave, along with a spare box of blades...

so, all that I have spent is just the money for new blades (just about twice per year or less, actually, if you buy the bigger boxes) plus gel and aftershave :D

also I think you can get a new mach 3 for as little as like $7-$10 ? It is a lot better than those BICs (I used to just use them, actually), there is a HUGE difference :D (IMHO, that is)

I'm still at subsonic speeds with my Sensor Excel ;). What's more important to me is to have some Proraso to smear on my ugly mug ;)

So, you think I should invest in a Mach III thing? How much are refill blades? Is it like a head that snaps onto a handle or what? I figure if I have to spend too much for the refills I'll be using them even when they're dull just to save money.

I'll admit, after using the same BIC for a couple weeks, it's very refreshing to grab a new one. No big deal either, since they're only 20 cents. And I just shave when I'm washing my face using hand soap, face soap, anti-bacterial soap or even plain hot water if no soap is around. Saves even more money!

<< Damn, what do you spud nuts pay for that Mach III? I've been using the simple ass BIC Original since it first came out. For about twenty cents I get a couple weeks worth of comfortable, close shaves with no shave cream, after shave or styptic pencils! >>

I live once, and I prefer for it to be comfortable.

I think I paid $6.50 for 5 refill blades. This is Canadian so quite a bit less in US$. 5 blades will last me about 4 months though. I shave every day in the shower, so the hair is really soft and my blades don't dull quickly.

Never any irritation, never any cuts (even a monkey couldn't cut himself), and VERY quick shaves. The Mach3 is amazing.

Same with me, but I think I might pick up a Mach III form drugstore.com now.

I've used the Bic orginal since I started shaving. However, I'm thinking about going with the Mach 3 just to get a closer shave. I hate having a tiny shadow, I'm hoping a Mach 3 will cure that.

I have an electric because I have acne and with a manual it's a pain to shave.

I also have a mach 3, and since my face is cleared up, I should use it, but I need blades for it...

Help me find a deal where I can get that Mach 3 for free! I found this offer for a free watch if you pay $7.00 for it, but no free shaver yet.

What's with all this Mach 3 stuff? I use an electric Braun, it takes about 3 minutes of my day, so I haven't ever really considered something more comfortable. Is it really worth worrying about for those measly 3 minutes? You guys swear by this stuff!

Hmmm...i've been reading the reviews for the Mach 3 at drugstore.com and a lot of people are saying the shave isn't as close as they would like.

Funny I was just thinking about this.....

Currently I shave with a Mach 3 and Gilette Shave Gel....

I have cut myself many times with it, and the blades dull in about two weeks....that guy who goes for months must not shave often or have a light beard as I am Tom Selleck in disguise :)

Over the weekend I saw this really nice modified Mach 3 at some store (had a different handle, more contoured) and it came with a matching shave brush and mug....something I am considering as I always wanted to go old school and try out the brush and mug.....however it was like $100 for the set, a little more than my $7.99 Mach 3 for basically a better version of the same thing.....

Might just get a cheapo brush and use a crappy mug and see how that works out.

Well I'm sure most of the people here would disagree :D
