What's your waist size?

Be honest now! I'm at 30" waist, and my 6 packs is slowly but surely morphing into a 3 packs. If I don't do anything, it resembles a wavy 4 packs with two large and two smaller packs . If I laugh, then I can get it a bit more define.

Gotta hit the gym again, else I'll be carrying a keg soon.

i have a keg, so im no one to talk either way, but i carry my weight a lot better at 6"3" than the same weight guy at 5'9"

I'm at 6ft 180lbs, but my bodyfat isn't all that great.

32" waist here...if I flex, you can almost see a 6 pack. It's weird, though...I've worked out before and not got any more defined and I've went months without working out and have kept what I have.
