Have you tried crunch sets? How about swimming?

No packs. I've got a layering of what might just be belly fat, which obscures any definition.

34" and I'm working hard on bringing my old 6-pack back. If I flex, it's there, but I still have too much of a gut.

38" currently. No Packs but its flat. I blame that on my love for beer.

SHENS, I have a 32" waist and I still have a little gut and love handles.

This one is just for you. I'm in spandex bike shorts and a cycle jersey. ;)

Definition comes from a good diet.

You know it's wierd. I wear a 32" waist from American Eagle (and I own many jeans of that size from them) and there's a little give around the waist too (could probably squeeze into a 31" waist). But then I tried on several 32" waist jeans from Arizona (for working, cheap pants) and I couldn't even get the buttons close to touching...way too small.

What gives? I'm thinking it may be because I have large and very muscular legs and a decent sized ass.

32 waist and the six pack now looks like a doughy six pack and I have to suck in. Hey, I just noticed - my waist size is my age! I hope it's not a 50 when I'm fifty!

me too, its a dunlop. dunlopped over my belt.

i went from setting up concerts for 8 years to loading semis by hand for 5 years to working on a computer at a desk. i have pretty bad eating habits to boot, so i popped up by about 120 pounds. once i came out of my food high i realized i needed to change, lost 80 of it and gained back 25 or so. overall, im still a fatty, and still trying to get back down to a normal looking person. like i said before, im tall and wide naturally, my shoulders will touch both sides of most front doors. another 50lbs will get me to 225 and ill be happy. any smaller than that and i feel like i look too skinny. been working out 3 times a week with my kids, so thats keeping me going. damn desk jobs (read: in denial that its my eating habits and blaming it on the desk job =P)

34" waist, relatively flat, although some love handles on the side. No pack as I cycle and do cardio, rather than crunches/ab stuff.
