For the past couple years my sleeping pattern is pretty much messed up.
For the past 3 years I go to bed around 3-4AM and wake up around 1PM (depending what time my lectures starts then I wake up a bit earlier but 90% of the time I go to bed around 3-4AM) but now I go to bed around 3-4AM and wake up around 7:30-8AM. Messed up right? Is this an early grave for me or is this normal? I am scared that I will die early due to lack of sleep.
What is your sleeping pattern like? Most of you punks here are on a 100k salary (100k elitist club) so I expect you guys to have 12 hours sleep everyday
