Well SIG is monstrous market maker and is Philly, although I only interned there. I also interned and just signed full time at a prop firm based in Manhattan.

Neato, what asset classes? You might be playing against me pretty soon...

Quality Manager in the food processing industry. Specialize in food safety, allergen control, and food defense.

If I was a tech writer I'd want to strangle myself. Technical writing is not something I enjoy, I'm glad there's other people that do it so I can avoid it sometimes.

I don't exactly love the technical writing aspect of my job. If that's all I did all day long I would not be happy. I also train level 1 & 2 support staff internally, and travel all over the country (sometimes countries) to do hardware tear downs/installs/training in the field. I'm still relatively young with no family of my own so I absolutely love the traveling.

My last job was for a tiny (10 people) software company and they moved me from tech support to sales. I FUCKING HATE SALES. Tiny company, tiny pay, no benefits...it was terrible. I'll take technical writing all day long with a smile on my face over that piece of shit job I used to have.

Tech Writing is nothing. Wait till you get to writing bid specifications. It's worse when you are in a state that does sub bids.

Food Stamp Mogul. Buy low, sell for real cash so I can get my booze and smokes.
Maybe one day I can get a job as a personal trainer. As you can see in the pic in my signature, I'd hire me. Call me if you need me.

Cool. My company is medium sized, 5k overall and 300 in the largest Canadian office, where I work. Most employees are in the US.

Canada, eh? I was just in Edmonton about a month ago and really enjoyed it. I still got made fun of from my accent, though. I'm from Minnesota so every time I go south they ask if I'm from Canada, then when I'm in Canada they're like, "You're from the south!!" I just don't fit in anywhere. 🙁
