I didn't say you lied. You are obviously well over 6'. You are just woefully ignorant of your ceiling height.

Since many of you are listing your body fat percentage, is there any way to find out what your body fat percentage is without using a machine or going to a doctor or something?

I bought one of these.

Not very expensive (cost me R270 here in SA), and tells you body fat %, water %, bone density and muscle percentage.

Do you have any idea about its accuracy level? I don't want to get something that I can use at home if it's going to be way off, but if it's fairly close it might be worth the money. Also, what brand and model is it, if you wouldn't mind telling me?

Well, it seems to be fairly accurate... had my BF% measured by a professional, and it was reasonably close to what the scale reads.

Height and weight don't mean that much. You can take two people - both 165lbs, both 6ft - stand them side by side and CLEARLY see that one is in great shape and the other reads/posts on AT 3+ hours a day, plays video games a good amount, does not eat well, and does not get much physical activity. One could be 165lbs rock solid muscle and the other could be 165lbs flabby-tubby-rolly polly fat.

Cliff's: Height and weight can't tell you how "fat" or "fit" someone is...
