Had a comp yesterday.

86.55Kg, up 3.47Kg since 2nd December 06, which I weighed 83.08Kg. Lots of training and eating, but for the past 3 weeks I haven't eaten much. I'll lean down later 😛. 4 PB's at the comp, can't complain :thumbsup: 133Kg put over head 😀
