Just topped up the tank today at 1.399/litre. $83 worth.

Damn...that would be $190 US to fill my 36 gallon tank. $122 at my current prices.

2.52 at Sam's Club today. . Drove from Tallahassee to San Antonio for Thanksgiving and back a week later. Cheapest gas I saw advertised along I-10 was 2. 21 in Mississippi.

Hit around $180 or so to fill the whole tank when it's empty. I try to not let it get to that point, hurts a little less.

Chevron - 4.89
Cheap station on the 3rd corner - 3.99

Six weeks later

Arco -3.73
Safeway - 3.65
Chevron 4.39
Costco - 3.49

Just for the hell of it, I googled when gas was 2.21 in my state.

It told me it was either nov 2008 or Jan 2009.
