Fulton and Prime (used to be called Manero's) on Long Island. It isn't some chain either; their steaks are dry-aged on site. Delicious. Out of the steak houses on your list though, Smith and Wollensky's is the best. Another good franchised steak house is Sullivan's.

I really prefer to buy and grill it myself, though I don't marinate it for 24 hours. Good steak doesn't need to be marinated at all.
