What's your favorite cereal?

Quaker has the "Weight Control" Oatmeal that only has 1g of sugar per serving and 7g of protein per serving. The Maple Sugar flavor is delicious. I usually eat 2 or 3 packets with 3 servings of skim milk along with it, so I'm probably getting roughly 50g of protein for that bowl of oatmeal alone.

The Kashi Go Lean is also ridiculously nutritious. 10g of fiber and 13g of protein in the cereal alone.

The vast majority of cereals have at least 13g of sugar per serving. Honey Bunches of Oats (my personal favorite) has 6g per serving, which is considered low by cereal standards.

Whole Grain Cheerios. I add blueberries and milk. I think I'm addicted to Cheerios with blueberries. I actually look forward to cereal time because it's a damn tasty combination. Too bad blueberries are so expensive.

Rogers Porridge Oats

A combination of oat flakes, oat bran, wheat bran and flaxseed that is excellent for cooking as a breakfast cereal and for adding to baked goods.

and instead of milk i use a bottle of DanActive yogurt
