I've been looking around for really good cereal - cheap, tasty, crunchy, very high in fiber, high in protein. The best that I've found is Kashi Go Lean, but it's a bit on the expensive side, no? But it sure kicks other cheaper cereal's ass in terms of protein and fiber content, and even taste.

Yep, I eat Go Lean pretty regularly - not as big a fan of the Go Lean Crunch. The High Fibre Flakes and Granola is also good.

Nature's Path cereals are also tasty and healthy - the Optimum Blueberry/Cinnamon is my favourite.

Kashi Go Lean Crunch is tasty but makes me have the worst gas ever. Kashi Go Lean is the healthiest cereal that I've ever eaten and is a regular of mine, but lately I've been doing Grape Nuts with chocolate Silk. That's a delicious combo.

Does oatmeal count as cereal? Thats about 90% of my breakfasts... not much protien but it's sugar free and no processed junk.

The organic Rasin Bran (specifically from Costco)
LOTS of cereal for not a lot of money.

Oh thank god....the responses to this thread were seriously making me depressed!
Well, as far as pure eating pleasure goes, I like frosted mini wheats the best. When I was a fat dude, I'd eat a box of 'em in two sittings. That's some good stuff.

Product 19

Comes in a Red box and the cereal consists of toasted corn/oat/wheat and rice flakes. Crunchier than corn flakes.

I'm pretty sure its for old people and I've never ever ever seen anyone else eat it besides my dad and I but its the best cereal ever with milk and apples. Some of the flakes have a bitter, sweet tint on them... I can eat like a box at a time.

I eat Quaker oat squares pretty much every morning, and every now and again I substitute Reese's Peanut butter cup cereal. I love both those equally...

i really like oatmeal as a healthy breakfast (is oatmeal the same as hot cereal?) but in all honesty, cookie crisp is still my favorite
