I used to love Mr. Goodbars, but Hershey's chocolate has the mouthfeel & taste of wax these days. My buddy just dropped off some chocolate from his trip to Italy, and not that it's explicitly outstanding, but it's just real, authentic chocolate...good enough to eat on its own, like the old Hershey bars were. I go to Aldi once a week to buy Moser Roth and Choceur chocolate bars. If you live near Aldi and haven't tried Aldi brand chocolate bars, you're missing out. It's cheap and better than any US made chocolate bars.

European chocolate is not automatically bitter or dark...Yuck, I don't care for European chocolate (or dark chocolate in general). My tastebuds do not like bitter flavors! Haha. I am a sucker for good milk chocolate though!
