I voted other ... Bison(Buffalo) is definitely my favorite. In my area there are quite a few bison ranches, and hence it is relatively cheap and available. Just the thought of Hot Bison Pepperoni from a local butcher is making me drool

I also love Kielbasa, Brats, and Sausage and Peppers. Grind up some meat and put it in some intestinal or artificial casing and you've got me hooked.

My meat habits: 75% chicken, 25% beef. Once in a rare while, I'll eat tuna.
