Prepared correctly, venison is the leanest, tastiest, and most tender meat there is.

I really enjoy steak, unfortunately I got a cast iron skillet and forgot what moderation was. I gained probably 5-10 pounds and felt mal-nurished from all the red meat I was eating. Time to go back to salads.

In that order with Beef and Sea Fish (Alaskan Salman) both number 1.

Pork ribs!!! Although Duck and lamb come in a close second with chicken and fish running a distant fourth. I don't know why but I'm not a big beef fan.
