Oh great, if I die tomorrow and later on the Mrs looks over my recent posting history - she'll dig me up just to kill me again.
'He had a newsletter on hookers and blow!'

Can we negotiate?

How about 15 minutes in an alley with a guy that vaguely looks like a chick and some medicinal trucker speed?

Beggar can't be choosy, eh? 😀

Highland can set you up with one of his "high end" clients. Try to get one with a full set of teeth. LOL.

I live my whole life to brag about my perfect credit score.

But it's actually like 847. I rub off the 47 and write in 50.

(who gets that reference?)

I've never had a perfect score. When we were flush with money - I never used credit (except one card we payed off every month for convenience). We were also paying down our mortgage with a couple extra payment/yr. We did get 'pre-approved' credit card offers several time a week - which pissed me off.

I just work and pay bills on time. There is no trick to a good credit score. I don’t even know how mine was that as there is always something taking points off.

No need to worry about the "perfect" score. Just do as I said above (about 5 main items that your FICO score based on) and you will be fine. As long as your FICO is 750-760 or higher, you are golden. No need to sweat and get the 850.

It's a game, credit game. Be in it to play it. Just do your normal stuff and forget about it.

Pretty much this. It's fun to watch the number once in a while but at the end of the day it does not mean much. I've mentioned it before but I'm far from rich and don't really have much money left over at end of living costs, but I still pay all my bills on time and don't go too crazy with credit, and it brought me to this point. I guess the GOOD thing is if I do fall on hard times I have a bit of a buffer before no one will lend me anything, but it does not mean it would be smart to live off credit either as that only works for so long.
