It's not the chip that's holding me back; 182 FSB is as high as it goes on my 8RDA board w/o modding.

i can get 200 FSB on my 8RDA, no mod.
havent tried higher.
before i had some crucial pc2700 and i hit the wall at 185
now i have some corsair pc3200 and got to 200.

2100+ @ 2233 mhz @ 1.79 V.
On a Aopen kt400 board...166 fsb-13.5 muliplier

HSF is a Coolermaster v 15 i think, not very bad for 20$.

50 c at idle and 57 at load. I do have 1 80 mm fan blowing at the hsf from the side which knocks the temp down 5 c more.

So i guess my cpu isnt the best overclocker, either that or its the board.

System has been stable at this speed for about 10 months now, amd heat certainly isnt a problem at all.
Ive hit 63c at 1.9v before, bad oc gain from that, but its all good. I love how amd chips can handle some decent temps unlike intels...
the only major stability problems ive had have come from fraudulint ram which was labled as 2700 but really just pc 2100...newegg is truely the only trustworthy online shop ive found out over time.

btw D@mn you people getting 2.4 ghz at 1.625 - 1.7 v.

Dual 1700+ TbredB DUT3Cs @1749Mhz(140FSB) undervolted to 1.5volts. I'd go higher but my MPX board only has up to 12.5x multi and going above 140FSB at cas 2 gets prime errors.

2500 @ 3200 (210FSB) default 1.65volts

stable at 215FSB and 1.75 volts, but i like default voltage.
i have a feeling i could push this sucker to 220 or higher, but i don't know what's holding me back.
ram? agp divider? btw.. i don't know anything about agp dividers.

everything you bought is good, but try to get PC3200 rmemory from Corsair, kingston, OCZ, or Mushking with low latency "aggressive timing" example: 2-2-2-7 or 2-3-2-6.

1.625 in bios 1.65 read by MBM5. I can OC the chip alot highier but I have PC2100 in my system that will only go to 183 mhz so thats what is holding me back.

the highest i can get it is in my sig at 1.85v

BTW, im currently wondering how tight is the fit of 947U on the NF7-S Rev. 2.0 im deciding on getting one and i dont want to use the promgs on the socket by using a 900A

Budy don't worry, the SLK-947U works like a charm on the NF7-S V.2 order it right now:p
