I've never donated blood before...what's involved? do you get a tax write-off or anything?
Juice, cookie and T shirt. The T's used to be pretty cool...not so much now. Good enough for the gym though.

A+, got my 7 gallon pin earlier in the year. Need to give now.


No one with Tiger blood yet? Disappointing.

O+ here too. Just donated last week. No shirt though, and I took a bite out of a cookie before realizing it was mint flavored, so it was disappointing all around. Potomac Red Cross needs to step it up.

AB+ is the universal recipient for whole blood, but the universal donor for plasma.

If I wasn't a slack ass I'd be way over 10. Was supposed to give in March. Wish they'd come by and gt it but guess that's not practical.

yea i didnt donate for a bit id prob be closer to 10 now as well but i slacked off for a few years

i give blood when i can but often travelling bans for me for a year (currently banned until sept)
