Radeon 9000 Pro (300/300) 16X AF, High Quality settings, AA app. preference
Score 7950

At default settings get score close to 9000.

1700+
Radeon 9000 (non-pro)
Cat 3.4s
512 PC2700 ram

At 1024x768 = 6969
At 800x600 = 7661

So, now I have a question. Is there a standard defacto resolution everyone uses? What about color depth?

I think my real problem is my video card, is this a good assumption? Because these scores suck obviously.

I'm getting around 15,700 in 3DMark2001SE (330) with my MSI GeForce4-Ti4400 (275/550) at 330/325 and my Athlon XP 2400+ (2GHz) at 2.59GHz.🙂

alright I tried again, after I OC my 9500Pro to 333/315 (still a very stable setup), my new score is around

12300 (that's 2000+ more than stock speed)

My Radeon 9100 on P3-700@933MHz w/ 384MB PC800 RDRAM score a lowly 5500

so here's my question: How on earth can anyone score 15k+!!!??? do you guys use a lower setting or what?? or is there some secret hardware setting that can increase speed?

mine is P4B-2.4@2.53 w/ 512MB DDR333 and AGP4X, and ran my test on default setting (1024x768x32, compressed texture, 24-bit Z, double buffer, pure HW T&L, etc.) any insight?

I'm not doing anything special. Let's see ... overclock to 145FSB, 4200 to 300/600, benchmark away.

Nope. That's all. 12K+.

I just got a Power Cooler Radeon 9700 (non pro). With Catalyst 3.4, I got a measly 13k on my first run with default settings. I would have done some more tweaking, but I had to go to work. My proc is a 1700+@2200Mhz (11*200) with 2*256 Megs of Corsair XMS PC 3500 running dual channel. Any advice to improve performance? I'm running Win2k /w SP3.

That does seem a little low, joro, especially for a 200FSB. You are running that memory at sync DDR400, right? Check the timings first, then start pushing that 9700.

I get 12,600 with an XP 2500 @ 1980 mhz and 512 of pc 2700 ram on the a7n8x mb and the msi geforce 4 ti 4400 (at stock speeds)

System:
ECS K7S5A
2 sticks of 256MB (512MB Total) Crucial PC2100
Athlon XP1800+

w/PNY GF4 Ti4200 64MB 8x AGP = 9300
w/ATI 9500PRO = 10,000

All stock settings. Do these numbers seem about right for my system?

Just got my Dell 4600 2.8 P4 w/800 fsb HT and 9800 today!

Out of the box it got 15543.

Will tweak and see if it can go higher.

AMD Barton 2500+ @ 2.21Ghz (3200+ specs)
512mb x 2 Kingston HyperX PC3200 CAS2 ram
MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR Nforce2 chipset
ATI Radeon 9500 Pro (stock clock speeds)
2 x Western Digtal Raptor hard drives in RAID 0 array

with no AA score comes out to be 13188.
this is my first time benchmarking with 3DMark200SE. Is my score legit? Seems sort of low for some reason compared to some of the other set ups.
