i'm all for regulating nudity. you ever been to a nude beach? there are some vile, hairy, bulbous turds out there.
 
it is deemed as indecent

remnants from the puritanical rulers that founded the nation

Europe, S. America etc...are much more laid back about it...look at their newspapers....

What is wrong with sex with first cousins? Tests show that there is no real genetic problem with it and chances of having a healthy normal kid are same as two people unrelated. There is a social norm in our society. Same as the Muslim women who don't show their faces and in some African tribes women walk around topless, etc.

Very few social norms are universal (pedophilia is a universal negative, for example.)

There's nothing wrong with it, we just have a lot of really stupid people in charge and they've got no idea how to prioritize.

Um, don't some cultures wed off their children to older people? I would be very surprised if men who were forced to marry little girls because of tribal custom didn't take advantage of the situation.
 
I love how the uptights compare nudity to porn or sex with first cousins. Good luck, and make sure your repressed feelings don't make an outward lunge at an unsuspecting school girl or boy.
 
In america, there are many many hott females that we would love to see walking around in the buff. However, due to the obesity epodemic, there are too many FAT CHICKS that think it's ok to walk around with butt floss visible in their low-rise jeans... If they were allowed to walk around nude, you know they would. We simply can't take that chance. The state taxes the government collects that is distributed barely is enough to keep the potholes filled and deal with normal road issues. If they allowed nudity, their budgets would be overrun with cleanup costs from all the vomit in the streets.

That is all.
 
Nothing is wrong with nudity, but I would go into anaphylactic shock if i ever had to lay eyes on Tara Reid's nipples again.

Pedophilia is the sex with children that have not developed at all. No hair, no period, etc. Generally for kids under 10-12. Got period = not a pedophile. So, unless you have some specific examples, I can't really answer your question. In most cultures of this nature, the girls is considered a woman at first period and can be married off.
